"The Income Elasticity for Nutrition: Evidence from Unconditional Cash Transfers in Kenya" (with J. Haushofer), early stage (experiment conducted).

How calorie consumption and the food share of expenditures respond to income changes has long been of interest to economists and policymakers. We use a randomized controlled trial to study the effect of large income changes through unconditional cash transfers on the consumption of calories and the food share of expenditure among poor households in rural Kenya.
